MissionS proposéeS
As a Business Manager Data & AI, you will :
Be a part of our sales team and reporting directly to the Managing Director Benelux
Act as a true entrepreneur by managing your own profit centre
Lead a business unit composed of multiple clients and consultants, driving the development and long-term success of your agency (both existing accounts and new business).
Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Development: Creating, developing, and securing long-term business relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Tailored Solutions: Analysing client needs across various engagement models, including technical assistance, service centres, and project-based delivery.
Commercial Proposals: Collaborating closely with internal technical teams to design high-value solutions and prepare winning commercial proposals.
Team Management & Recruitment: Recruiting your own team of consultants and actively managing their careers (project follow-ups, performance reviews, and coordination with HR).
Financial Management: Ensuring strong financial performance, monitoring margins, and driving the profitability of your business unit.
Market Strategy: Anticipating market trends, monitoring the competitive landscape, and shaping strategic growth to keep JEMS ahead of the curve.

Notre profil idéal
To succeed in this role, you have:
A Master’s degree from an Engineering School, Business School, or an equivalent university degree combined with relevant experience.
An excellent command of both English and Dutch (mandatory for this role to effectively cover the Benelux market).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, curiousity, a solution-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset. Driven, resilient, and ambitious, you thrive on challenges and want to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
